The FIFA Women's World Cup @ HBF Park

Towards the end of July in 2023 HBF Park hosted 5 matches of the FIFA Women's World Cup over 5 days. This presented a unique opportunity to test the performance of the human mobility data the team has been using use it to reveal the hidden spatio-temporal patterns generated before, during and after each game.

What we delivered

• Detailed pathing analysis of key foot traffic corridors to and from the stadium

• Heatmapping of the crowd during each individual game

• Distribution of attendees across Perth, Australia and globally using home suburb location pairing
